Not a fix,but preventive. I go over the wireing and zip tie loose jumbles of wires to the frame, and electrical tape connections that are likely to vibrate loose. The blinker and tale lights have terrible plug connections in the back that can easily come loose, very easy to tape them.

No. It's just a crappy setup and all the vibrations of these scoots kill it in short notice. Trust me. I've been through it. I've replaced them sockets with replacements from an auto parts store, vibration killed them the same. It's either do an LED assembly and forget it from then on, or expect issues from time to time or maybe regularly. Here's an eBay search to give you an idea of just how affordable an LED swap can be as long as you're capable and willing to make it fit somewhere. www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=led+tail+light+atv&_sacat=See-All-CategoriesJust be careful to check all measurements. Some of them are quite small. Obviously you want plenty of light so everyone can see you.
