Hey all, Been a little absent but i'd like to share a fun one I have been gathering parts for. So at some point there were 3 180cc Dragsters at my shop. Mind you, this is in the US, so that was quite exciting. Down to two, the background one and the middle red one. Currently, we are gonna talk about the one in the far corner. it is torn down to its bare frame. Engine wise: Malossi 172 BGM Longstroke crank (183cc) and tons of portwork 28mm SmartCarb SC2 Jollymoto Exhaust Malossi Variator & Clutch Chassis: Ohlins front and rear shocks custom made/adapted Magura Radial master cylinders and SIP CNC dual piston calipers. Spiegler Performance Brake line. K80 Heidenau tires. Some custome gauges, a flat orange based livery and some black powdercoating. Motogadget controls and LSL bar ends. Keeping original switches and lights. Currently waiting on crank to tear into motor. More soon!

I'm liking this already.👍 That is going to be pretty stiff on the suspension.

They're such weird scoots! That front suspension setup and the whole forward-leaning-like silhoutte. We didn't see them too much on the streets back in the days, dunno about Luxembourg? The new type looks super sick tho!

Always liked them, the right kind of weird. Luxembourg, I don't think I ever saw one. They were all over England for sure.
I have a damaged 50cc version too if someone wants it... hah.
But now being in Atlanta with the shop, great to have them coming through the shop!

Cool to see 3 in one spot... especially at your shop! It's almost a shame to put fairings on those. I'd love a 180 as T2's big brother. I looked at just trying to get an engine together to swap in, but some parts were scarce and expensive from what I saw.
The new one looks amazing... and then I see the 4T and suddenly don't care.

Didn't even know these existences in my 1st time seeing them they look as though they could not only go fast but handle well at those high speak having a front torsion control bar control bar like some People put on piazzio rear wheels is awesome! can't wait to see what Kind of mischief you Get yourself into with this one.

Sew I did some yahooing trying to figure out the steering. All the steering and stability bits are on the left side of the wheel.I'm sure it's safe but the wanna be engineer in me is freaking out because of this. And the front wheel is connected to a pivot to freak me out even more. I'll be OK though.

Freaks me out to see the cycles with single side swing arms etc but mentally I know cars are like that.

Good point. I guess it seems sorta spindly but the control arm is pretty beefy. It's quite unique and different.

Freaks me out to see the cycles with single side swing arms etc but mentally I know cars are like that. all of our scoots literally are single arm rears, and to stop our engines from rotating they are held on by only two snap rings. a single torsion arm built with the thickness of two arms is probably preferred here. two might be overkill. you still want some sort of flex.
