I have a Tao Tao VIP 150cc 2021 scooter with the left turn signal mounting broken. Does anyone know of the most simplest way to replace one of these?

Welcome to the forum.
They have a funny mounting compared to most scooters, if it's under the handle bar cowl. It would make sense to buy a genuine replacement, otherwise you would need to fit a pair.
Can you get at the mounting point through the cut outs for the brake levers? If not you might have to remove the top panel.
Getting a replacement first would let you see how it's mounted.
