Sold for only 1 year (2010) in N. America these are a fairly rare bird in these parts. I would not expect to find ANY aftermarket here... like ever!

we have the 100cc lead in europe but its not really a scooter people tune so you might find it hard for performance parts. I had a look on two of the biggest scooter tuning shops and one only does a standard replacement exhaust, the other only styling parts

I can only suggest removing and measuring (diameters of shafts, spline counts, roller weight and spring dimensions, etc.) components in the cvt and going from there. If the engine is not a totally new design and based on an older design larger bore cylinders might be found. The kicker is adjusting or reprogramming the fuel injection parameters. If you're really desperate you can always strip out the F.I. and put a carb on but that would be an incredible waste of the driveability and low fuel consumption characteristics of your computer controlled engine. An exhaust for a Kymco Agility 125 (Honda based engine) might work if the engine architecture is the same. You're on your own for a year or two until a tuning market evolves and you will need to learn as much as you can about your scooter to know the possibilities available to you.

Thank you man...
i will do that.. take off everything and mesure. I have a fuel controller here that will reprogramming the fuel injection paramenters, a brasilian company made here.
i will mesure the contrast sprind, rollers , variators and come back here to search something new.,

Cue us in on that fuel programmer if you don't mind. I'm sure the community here would love to learn about it.

Thanks for the link, Ronan. I tried to download the manual but could not complete d/l of the necessary Adobe x plug-in for some reason. Perhaps I can find info some other way.
Do you use ethanol in your scooter as is done in automobiles there?

Here's a translated bit to give you the general info :
"User Manual 50.111.40 - Fuel Controller October 2011 - Review @ 11 - Print Version Code: 20.80.60 4 / 19 1.1 - General Characteristics The Fuel Controller is a fully developed piggyback on the bikes to meet Servitec Brazilian low cylinder engine and a cylinder / piston. Its main functions are: adjustment injection, ignition and adjustment speed limiter. Piggyback (same as pickaback, riding on the back) is an electronic device that works in conjunction with another, using their signals. In the piggyback cars and bikes capture signals generated by the ECU for the fuel injectors, evaluates these signals, and generates new signals for guns, which lets you change the amount of fuel being injected. He also can intercept the signals to the ignition coils and also read signs of some sensors. The main features of the Fuel Controller are: Change the sign of the gun, increasing or decreasing the amount of fuel; Change the sign of the ignition coil, advancing or delaying the point of ignition; Change the speed limiter, increasing or decreasing. Panel's own Fuel Controller does not need computer to make adjustments; Input reading throttle position - TPS; Reading of the input pulse coil; Entry MAP sensor reading; Changes the signals as a function of speed and throttle position; Two independent settings; Invisible state (copy signs only, without changing them); Standard Mode - quick and easy setup; Advanced mode - precise configuration; Simulator lambda; View in real time mix (by reading the lambda probe current bike); Password; Support for various models of motorcycles. It is not recommended to use the Panel Programming in the rain, because this is not proof d 'water. The Power Module of the Fuel Controller is fully waterproof "water, since this needs to be installed on the motorcycle. He is totally independent Panel Programming, which can be connected or removed at any time. 1.2 - Inputs and Outputs Input / Output Wire Color Function Admission Sync Green Input to a standard pulse coil 100Ω to 400Ω. Input TPS Rose Entry for TPS, 0 to 5Vdc. It has calibration. Input Injection Gray Input signal injection. Receives the signal injection ECU and simulates the behavior of the injector. Output Injection White Output for the injection gun. Cut-off 12Volts Orange Input power to the coil circuit simulator ignition and injector Page 5

Ok, I'm pretty dumb about all this stuff but I am running Win XP Hm. Ed. (circa 2001) without updates including sp2. Every time I have had to reload this and done the updates including sp2 I wind up crashing/locking up after a while. After my last re-installation I chose not to do any updating and while this creates other frustration problems - mostly in web page loads I've not had to reload XP and lose everything. I plan on purchasing a new computer soon and just want to get by w/o my past headaches til then. It's truly amazing that Bill Gates became fantastically wealthy through flawed software products but I guess he made a lot of millionaires in the debug and rectify industry. Thanks for printing out that overview, Brent.

I had an issue a while back with a service pack for XP Home and that's when I finally said screw this and upped to Win7. That'll teach 'em, by spending on another product. lol At any rate, I've been very pleased with 7.
If you post up in a new thread, Goosey, Reign, or some of the other PC savvy folks here might be more help.

I loaded up an updated Windows Media Player and that helped with page loading but I have to double click the play/pause button in Youtube. What's up wit dat? I was having to double click before the upgrade too. Oh well, this pos dinocruncher will be history soon enough.
