Howdy from Northwest Houston.
Im curious if anyone has ever gone through the process of registering a scooter from Guam here in the US. A 2011 PGO metro 125 found its way to my garage and it has all kinds of potential as a project build. I have all the original paper work, title, etc. This scooter has quite the story and it would be a shame to part it out or let it sit longer than it already has.

Here in South Carolina all you would have to do is take the previous owners properly signed over title to the DMV along with some $, then they will give you a new SC title for it.

If it,s not stolen or wrote off then you can put it back on the road if it has a VIN ,that's here in the UK,but same ish the world over, depends on how many hoops you are willing to jump through, just check that the emissions police won,t stop it at the last check.
