my gy6 80cc weighs 110 kg and its top speed is around 65-70 km / h. There are bigger nozzles installed. Is that normal or should there be a higher speed?

im not a good source of info at all. but to what i read and see, you should easily get over 70. a friend of mine living in the us ( im from canada ) have a taotao and with his 81cc bbk he can fly up to 85 km/h. i think you have way too much acceleration thus why you have this speed. try lighter rollers.

About 70-75km/h Is normal.
If that guy is going 85km/h on an 80cc, without up gearing, I'd like to see GPS proof. I've got a Naraku 52.4mm piston and stroker crank, making mine 94cc, and with stock gears I top out at 85km/h absolute tops.

You don't need to cut the case. It all depends on the gear ratio the scooter came with. Scooters with 10" wheels come with a longer gear, and can Normally hit higher speeds than scoots with 12" wheels. If you have 12" wheels, either order new gears, or take some out of a 10" scoot

~70km/h is pretty standard for a 47mm BBK. You may find that CVT tuning will help. It may be able to go faster with heavier weights, but that could have an adverse effect on acceleration.

Idk I have a 06 Derbi Atlantis 50CC AC with a Leo Vince pipe and 3 4.5 gram weights and 3 stock weights and I hit mid 80kph Consistently I've got over 20 thousand kilometers of GPS logs that says true and my best drafting behind a truck in full tuck I hit 92 KPH. So I'd say if your 80cc is hitting only those numbers you have some issues somewhere brother. Cheers

but this is a 2 stroke fly..... 2broke runs at way higher rpm. the scooter i have now is hitting 65 gps bone stock and 68-69 on very long road no incline no wind. but this was with terrible stock pulley and clutch and variator. at 9300 rpm. 9300 rpm is like nowhere near what most 2broke runs at. so right there we have a huge speed difference.
and iirc they're not geared the same.
