Need help either making a harness to start my typhoon or minimize the one I have for it just to start don’t need the lights or anything else just a kill switch

Is this a racing only scoot? If not, I would suggest keeping lights for safety purposes and a keyed ignition switch to provide at least some level of theft protection if you have to park it anywhere unsecured/unattended.
It's probably easier and cheaper just to cut all of the non-essentials from an existing harness. I'm not familiar with the wiring on a Piaggio Typhoon, but most small scoots just use either a ground to run or ground to kill type of switch that send or remove a ground from the CDI. You'll have to have the wiring to connect the CDI, stator and coil. If the CDI is a DC type, then you will need a battery capable of supporting the CDI for as long as you'd want the scoot to run. If it is indeed a racing scooter, then check any rules/regulations of the sanctioning body. If you need a tether style kill switch, now would be a good time to add it.
