been thinking its about time i get a build thread on the go for the honda the long term plan is to go full 185cc build with the malossi cyclider kit and crankshaft to be aiming around 26hp when fully done and with being the only scooter i know that has a full power valve along with 17.5hp stock i think it will be a good base right now just been fixing up the scooter doing bits that have been put off from the old owner who had layed the bike up for the last 10 years tho with day of work got the bike back up and running then passed the mot with out any advisories so far had the bike on the road for 2 weeks and done 629 miles and with being such a big scooter it has lots of space its the same size as my friends 2001 tmax 500 tho he out runs me when we get to 75 mph and i don't have much more power to go and he is still pulling hard lol

Looks a comfortable ride. Try the heat gun trick on the black plastic. Will make it look really good.

Looks a comfortable ride. Try the heat gun trick on the black plastic. Will make it look really good. It will permantly change the material and makes it glossy instead of the original plastic finish. Use boiled linseed oil instead. But even better when you're in the UK, buy this stuff called Forever Black. It's plastic bumper dye and work excellent on faded plastics.
