So I come outside to unlock my scoot around 6am at work. Everything is normal or so I thought. I fire it up and oh wow is my scoot loud!!! I cut it off thinking something is wrong and sure enough their is something wrong. My exhaust is missing!!
I sort of stand back and scratch my head like how? I don't remember it falling off on my way to work :disco: Anyways so I go upstairs to the cameras and give it a quick check and sure enough someone stole the exhaust off my scoot. Leo ZX nothing fancy but guess they'll make a quick buck off it? I really think my scoot would have been gone if it wasn't locked up and I didn't have a disc alarm on it.
So their was my story time haha. Anyone else ever had something stolen off their scoot? Might try to grab a new one with enviromoto having that Black Friday sale.

I guess now we'll have to figure out an exhaust lock system. Never really expected people to steal parts off of scooters. :bfg:

The X had my 50cc scoot at work a few years back, and some kid pried the seat open with his skateboard while several coworkers saw and didn't stop him. Nothing valuable but gloves and hat in there. Did you report it?

Yeah it was reported. Will anything be done about it? Not likely.
The company I work for has a policy if anything is done to your vehicle while it's on property their not at fault. So I'm pretty much sol about it. I kind of laugh about it though. I know times are tough but damn haha.

What a brazen mutha fatha.
Keep an eye out for your pipe in traffic. You might see it. If you do happen to see it, please have a buddy record video of the ensuing beat down.
Thanks!
PS: Did you ride it home with no exhaust?

PS: Did you ride it home with no exhaust? Yeah I've been keeping an eye out on craigslist and I have a pretty big group that I ride with. I sent them all a text and asked them to keep an eye out. Ride it home? No Way!! I didn't make it home for another 30 mins trying to find a ride to pick me and the zuma up.

Some bastard stole my registration sticker off my scooter one day. Parked up in front a government office and that's where the idiot struck. I hope he falls off whatever bike he put it on and dies. Seriously. That debacle caused me to lose time, money, and brain cells from increased blood pressure brought on by having to deal with local butthead police and slow-ass workers at the tax office. <sigh>

I do ingrave a little sig/mark on most items. Scooter being one in multiple places. I would be able to tell if it's my leo though since I bought it 2nd hand and it had a few beauty marks.
I hadn't thought about ebay. Thanks jmk
