Buy 7,5gr rollers and put those in. i tried, goes only 65 and starts to bog full throttle |

If it Revs fast with lots of noise . No Speed What is the Last thing you changed? You stunt so check to see if you knocked off a exhaust bolt causing you to be loud and Lean. When the scooter is running with a wet rag plug the end of the exhaust. If it kills quick you are good if she keeps running you have a exhaust leak check by the cylinder first and then by silencer . I use a spray bottle with soapy water to find the leak. Your weights seem like they should be heavy enough with that set up I would crack open the cvt and have it run rev it up and visually check pulleys . . Your rear pulley could be binding not up shifting or your variator could be binding not up shifting. pulleys go up and down, exhaust doesnt leak. |

Just make sure the engine is assembled the right way. Look up the 49ccscoot youtube channel and watch some video's there. Otherwise you're just chasing your own tail and it will end up in tears. |

What leak did you fix That slowed it down ?
Were you running too lean before ?
When you are running lean you will run faster till you Burn a hole in the piston .
You have a lot of go fast parts you should dial in before you add more parts to sort through .

bogging at full throttle in my experience is a fueling problem, either jetting or fuel delivery.
wanting to be able to "stunt" and have speed... unless you really know how to tune carb and CVT, you can only have 1 of the 2.
