Alright, I teased it. Here it is. 2000 Gilera Runner 180. Engine blown up and disassembled in 2012. Has a Malossi F36R fork (YUMMMM). Planning on a juicy Malossi 172/183cc setup, Keihin 32, and hoping to find the PM Tuning pipe that should have come with it. Otherwise I will come up with something else. I believe to be holding the most 180cc parts in all of the US right now. Green will make way for a light blue.    it came with a giant parts lot as its twin was a track bike do wn in Cali in the early 00's   |

These things in the US are such sleepers. Nobody really knows what they are since they're not US market.
Let alone they come in a 180cc 2t with all sorts of performance parts available.
Here in Holland in any city you'd get bike jackd the first minute you'd took it out on the streets. Thugs want em. These things are used in robberies, thefts, murders you name it. 1st choice vehicle with criminals and thats no joke.
Aaaaanyway, make sure to make mustang drivers and harley riders cry when you leave em in a cloud of smoke.

How do you measure exhaust port width? From a port map or directly from the bore?

I make a crude Portmap I measure. Then use some software/Macro I got years ago.

Rode it today. It is hilariously stupid with the 183cc. Needs a solid CVT tune. Very impressed. This will be fun.

. Coated well enough to right on the green. then a coat of clear. I taped the "not to paint" sections on the tricolor parts and it came out great. Still drying right now.
