Looking for as fully assembled as possible for a swap.
I have all working bike now just been curbed and has a crack in case with an oil leak. So fresh engine it is.
Here is my question.
Scrappydogs 157qmj long case or MBE's 157qmj long case?
From what I see the only difference is the MBE comes with a carb.
Any advice?
I know scrappy kicks a** but I know jack about MBE

There are some good deals on eBay as well. I'd just see where I could get a good price from a place with good feedback.
If you do go with Scrappy, I'd consider contacting them and making sure the engine can be packed well. They've had issues in the past with shipping damage on some motors. Hopefully it's resolved by now, I'd just wanna be sure.

NONE. They have yet to respond to an E-Mail (from here), their web site remains unfinished (after 2 years), and there is no physical address on their website. I *suggest* you draw your own conclusion.
