Bought used scooter in Miami!

Hello everyone, I’m new and would just like to introduce myself!
I’m James, 28, living in Fort Lauderdale, FL and just recently bought a scooter. I’m completely clueless on it and would love to learn everything about it through you people!
There was a language barrier with the person i purchased it from, so he wasn’t able to teach/ explain everything to me about the bike.
So first thing first, i can’t seem to find the scooter anywhere online.
On the front of the bike above the headlight it says Peace Sports.
On the title it says 2018 RIYA MS.
Typing either of those in google hasn’t helped me find the bike itself. I would like to replace some parts on it and get your opinion on if i should, or if a certain issue is normal on this type of bike.
