Alright. Gotta say love the product range on the site.
But I always go through a personal dealer here in Florida, he's more on the Facebook groups and such but if you're needing parts definitely hit him up for parts and even customer service to help find what parts you're looking for.his name on facebook is burke kellerman

I'll never buy from them again! New to scooters and have spent close to $500 in a couple of orders. One of those orders was for a Yasuni R. The pipe I received was a Yasuni Z. I sent clear pictures of the exhaust, the flange for the silencer, even the plate on the pipe and the box with the wrong part number. Just received an email that said "the pipe looks good, Best regards". Waiting on a reply to an email telling them they might want to check the pictures again. Hopefully they rectify the problem and I don't have to call the bank. I don't know if the person I'm communicating with simply didn't look at the pictures or if they're trying to pull one over but either way my money will be going elsewhere.

Wanted to update this with a more constructive review I'll start by saying that scootertuning has the best selection I've found. They also have reasonable shipping rates and times, especially considering it has to go through customs to get to me. Where they fell short for me was Customer service. As stated above they sent me the wrong pipe and then handled it very poorly. Long story short it took them 5 business days from the time I informed them of their mistake for them to back order the correct pipe. They were more concerned about me shipping the wrong pipe back than they were about getting me the pipe I ordered and paid for. This was made perfectly clear by them telling me they would ship the correct pipe after UPS had the pipe they sent me. It took them 3 days to email me a return lablel and another 2 days to back order the pipe. I had to email them every step of the way before they would move the process forward. They made zero effort to try and turn the situation into a positive experience and when I told them such I was informed that they thought they did a good job. I canceled the order and got the pipe somewhere else.

Definitely seems like some subpar customer service, but can't say I've ever dealt with anything like this from them. Sorry you had to put up with all that. |
