so many years ago when I was just really getting into mopeds I bought a bravo sky or similar model from craigslist for I think 300 - 350 it was ugly had a stock "chambered pipe" that was just terrible and no airbox. but it definitely had some pros like polini contessa bore 13 inch wheels and rear disk brake. well long story short I put a decent pipe and 28 pwk carb and turned it from a hekd back puppy into a beast for about 1 day , It had still been using oil pump and the oil line came off of the crappy intake nipple and I seize that baby. I ended up taking it to a local scooter shop and paid 200 for a complete bottom end rebuild new crank, bearings and seals. then I stumble upon my first rexy and all interest was lost on this engine and it sat at my freinds house for a couple of years.... I recently sold a piston a 12mm pin athena evo piston, but it didn't work the buyer so I took it back even after offering to sell him the rest of the evo kit with a better head for 90 bucks more. It then dawned on me I never used that particular piston when I ran my athena evo kit which I still own and is a great kit, I used a athena sport piston because it was 10 pin like my rexy. Realized that know I literally have EVERYTHING needed to build that bravo block into a really decent engine that I will probably give to my freind that helps me with all my builds or sell it. so I took it back cleared it a little rustyd on the outside crank arm but the block is SOLID iggy, crank, bearings, seals, threads are all cherry should be an easy build for me to make some income to find my other project with. and it has 13 inch rear disk plus third support bearing how cool is that

one issue I ran into is the 12 pin roller bearing from mallosi I think is too big to fit in end of corrode? weird because it's a 12 pin and it even fit in my freinds 12 pin after market crank? I had another really cheap 12 pin roller that I would never run but it was to small instead and left a gap.. .

I'm thinking just a simple sport cast iron board With a mild chambered pipe, Something I can just slap on without any casework really and won't cost a lot. After that who knows probably sell it.

either one is for sale to you, and I was willing to take 300 for the af16 block with kicker case but he hasn't gotten back to me..

i wouldn't mind buying that af16 block from you. i want to build a full stroker engine. but overtime has been slow so not much play money right now.
stoney thought from the irieLab... maybe me and you should each get a 4 stroke frame and we convert them to run the Vertical Honda engines, your af16 and my dd50, and we meet up and go rippin' around on some "DIO" powered Chinese 4 stroke scooters. and then maybe on one of the big Oahu cruises, we can go and test our worth in the "DIO" realm on the steets.

The crank splines look stripped on that Honda motor,,, they sure are! and the drive boss is snapped with the remainder stuck on the arm, one of the main bearingsis spun and the seals are completelytrashed will need a new bottom end rebuild for sure i looked around and spotted stroker cranks of 52.6mm i think for $120 locally aswell as seals amd bearingsfor 30 . i would rather get high end bearingsbut dont know if they exist., plus they rear pulley on there looks to be in good shape but 8t too won't budge. although it looks like a nice upgraded one anyway so I would probably leave it as is regardless, and I haven't xhecked yet but I'm sure there is taller than stock gears in there as the gears for these things can be bought for like $30. and repherence2 I saw that exact thing close to my house a week ago, a dd50 build on a four stroke Pronto style frame it actually had me confused for a millisecond. I have a freind who has done this already aswell and my block is from a sym bot a Honda which I actually heard was mire desirable because the syms are newer and use bigger crank bearings.

way too pricey for a cast iron bore but if I recall sef is real high quality or supposed to be, plus I never seen an exhaust port like this , kind of reminds me of the polini evolution for minarelli vertical. what displacement would I get with a 52.6mm stroke and a 50mm bore anyway?

I think that's about 103cc. Should really rip it you built it with that cylinder. Like you said it's a really strange exhaust port.

I know this thread is sounding like a Honda circle jerk but check out the porting in this picture I saw the intakes look sweet
still nothing like the minarelli intake though ..
