Enclosed trike scooter designed like campagna t-Rex

Good day to you all. Im exclusively a scooter rider because i have a hard time driving cars with foot pedals and breaks.

But i want more protection while riding, so Ive been looking for an enclosed scooter that is designed similar to the t-Rex, and venom ss that has handlebars with twist/push throttle and breaks. And while searching online i found a photo of one, but unfortunately i cant find any more information on it. In the photo it’s the yellow scooter on the far left. Here’s the photo:

I think it’s based in china some where, but i need confirmation. I would love for you all to check it out, and let me know if you have any information on where i could find the designers at. Or possibly point me in the direction of someone else who could make a custom one for me.

As far as this scooter design goes, I want to keep it looking the same way as it currently is in the photo, but i want it a little longer in length to make it more like a can am spyder so there can be room for a passenger in the back.

Welcome to the forum.
That would be a major undertaking to modify one of those for two people. Unless you have great engineering and mechanical skills.
Are you restricted to a moped? Something like a Piaggio ape

Or BMW C1 might be better.
