Hi guy's. I planned to do a big write up on this but now i know how to do photos on this. i thought a massive photo dump will tell the story better I found it in this condition in my good friends shed he said "If you get it running you can have it" It wouldn't start for him. i looked over it to find that the vacuum hose from inlet to fuel sender was missing. Took a bit of washer jet hose off my car. Put some fresh fuel in. A few kick starts later it was running! My friend couldn't believe it. He stayed true to his word and from that afternoon it was mine. Tho not in a legal sense... more on that in abit... My son and i set to stripping it down Blasted and zinc primer powder coated Top coated The winter evening living room build. New tyres, front fork rebuild, rewrapped wiring loom, all bolts replace with stainless one where possible Prep for upol raptor coat on plastics At this point i had done all this work but it still wasn't mine legally. Lots of form filled in and a long...... wait. The V5 came making it mine. Means it could go for it's MOT/road test Photo from my first days riding. After a month or so of riding i upgraded to a malossi 70cc cast iron with a 17,5 carb. i am really happy with it now. It's fun to ride and safe to ride. i can keep up and pass town traffic. But it really comes in to it own on the local B roads That's the most recent photo of it. If i am to go of a uk base website. This PGO Big Max is the only road legal one in the UK out of 13 knew. The other 12 a SORN off the road and are not to be used on the pubic road. I am in the process of final fitting a koso temp gauge. I do also keep looking at buying a Yasuni R pipe for it. But the current pipe works fine so we will see. Thank for reading. i hope all the photos come up because all i see at the moment is website code lol. Thanks for your advice on my other post. This sites has been very helpful

Very nice work. Done a cracking job. 👌 The Malossi sport cylinder is a great kit for everyday riding. The Yasuni R would really wake it up. But it's a bit louder. You would also need to change the clutch springs and rollers to make it work at its best.

I love the way you have mounted up the front turn signals! How did you mount them up?

Open them up. And slide the M5 thread plate out. Drilled the light out to M6 on the fixing hole. Got a bit of M6 treaded bar. Put that in place of the fairing bolts. Then a penny wash over to pinch the fairing. Nip that down with a M6 nut. Then put the back of the unit on to the bit of thread that sticking out. Nip up with athother M6 nut. Then put the lens back in. And then put the wiring back through a hole in the fairing 👍🏻 if you want a photo let me know.

Your bike looks amazing dude I love the paint job you did to the frame to the frame what exactly did you use to get the coat on the plastic so shiny I know you mentioned the name of what product you use I'm just curious if it's easy to obtain and how expensive it is because it did an amazing job I'd like to do it to my own plastics....

Thank you buddy. Yeah I used upol raptor bedliner. I prepared them with P180 sander. Cleaned well with degreaser. Sprayed on some plastic primer. Mixed up some raptor to the spec then added an extra 10% paint thinners to make it able to be sprayed out of a primer spray gun. Two wet coat and leave to dry for 48 hours. The plastic are now easy to clean. Won't go white and faded. Hope that helps
