What's up everyone, just got my first scoot 2005 Zuma. Fiance's dad bought this bad boy brand new back in the day and gave it to his buddy. His buddy didn't want it anymore and said it was mine if I came and got it. I like tinkering with small engines so I figured why not. The scoot is in pretty decent shape only has 1300 miles. I got it home put a new battery in it, spark plug, removed the gas tank emptied and cleaned it, refilled with fresh gas, removed the carb took it apart and cleaned it, and put some fresh oil in the transmission. Thing runs like a top I've been having a blast with it, still need to tune the carb just right and I think ill put new wheel bearings up front.
