Does anybody know what the Standard Minarelli clutch springs(stock)....are rated at in rpm's?...Must be less than 1,000 rpm since the lightest performance ones are 1,000 rpm. Looking to upgrade...but prefer to know what I may have already..before I start... Also oddly...I have a freshly rebuilt 03 TNG Venice with a stock 50 engine...the take off is so fast at times the wheel lifts 2-3 inches on launch..and hits 38 mph..right now!..where as my new Jonway Wasp with a 72 cc BBK...takes of like a snail....and creeps slowly to 40 on a good day..

90GTVert......yeee haw!...you da man!...tx...now if I can only figure out my jet problem. Minarelli came with a #68.....and soft seized with the 72cc big bore kit twice. Compression is still 140...and it runs...However drilled the jet with a 0.8 mm drill to make it #80....now its a dog...and won't rev....seems very rich. Exhaust and air box are still stock......so maybe a #75 is better?.. Did not think jets were so sensitive...from 69 to 80 is too much? Possibly it came out bigger than 80..since when you drill a hole it ends up slightly larger than the bit...due to metal shavings etc. Man I gotta get this thing running right....

They can be very sensitive sometimes. 12 jet numbers is a pretty big step... about 18% when dealing with a 68 main. If you drill a jet off at all it can be way bigger.
