I bought a 2009 Piaggio fly 50 from a neighbor and it’s loads of fun. On vacation I rented a 125 and enjoyed the extra power but I don’t need a 125. I just want some more go when I need it. My top speed is 42. I want to do a 72 cc big bore kit. Anyone know any one doing these upgrades. Thank.

If you have a Piaggio dealer close to you they may do it.But it may be the same as with chinese scooters which is doing it yourself.Or if you can find someone with scooter repair experience. It's not terribly hard to do it yourself with help from this forum.

Swapping a cylinder is a job most people can tackle if they have the tools and patience to go slow and methodical. You will save yourself 500-1000 bucks doing it yourself . Here is Brents guide that is a good starting place for swapping a cylinder 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/556
