BLITZ RR 80CC BUILD.

Well I'm back on a scooter build
Supposedly it has a 80cc bore on it but I don't know yet it looks like 9 miles of bad road and I'll post pics as I go here the build will be a quicker than stock every day commuter and overall chick magnet.

So anyway so far it looks like we have a Bendix problem and a fuel system overhaul it needs a rossi makeover and a tailight

Well can't really post pics unless somebody knows something I don't know.
Anyway. The Bendix was not faulty. The starter was spinning in the opposite direction to throw the Bendix. After some inspection, I realized the wiring on the starter are in opposite color codes to the harness when connected "correctly"
Upon reversing the connector, the starter spun in the correct way to throw the Bendix and turn the motor. Rumor has it this bike has a 80cc. The oil looks like it has never been fired.
Maybe it never has.
Anyway I'll try to get it running.

Bendix not throwing becuz wiring was wrong.
Bendix now turning engine.
Scooter fired.
All systems go.
Carb and fuel system clean out tomorrow
Beware Chinese starters may be opposite wiring.







As you can seein pic 2 the starter spinned opposite because wiring causing Bendix to not throw out.

Fuel outlet clogged, tank rinsed/kind of.
New fuel filter and cleared line.
Fuel to carb.
Time to clean carb ,looks new but won't  keep scoot running.

Almost had it.
Got interrupted right when I was close.

Ok.  Carb cleaned. Needle and  seat were welded together and jets were blocked.
Kind of like someone I know. Anyway next weekend.
