…do the Chinese even HAVE a bandwagon? Anyway, noob to this group. Scored a 2019 Wolf Blaze 49cc for use at the track for running back and forth, visits to the tire vendor, etc. It “looks” like a well put together scooter. Any with insight please feel free to share. Thanks!

Welcome!
I would normally suggest a PDI, going over everything to make sure it's sound, but if it's solely a pit runner that won't see many miles I don't know if I'd do it or not. If you have the time or would enjoy the process, go for it. I'd at least go over the basics regularly. The pre-ride inspection sorta stuff. Change the oil every 500 miles or every year, whichever comes first. I'd change out the oil and gear oil that came in it too. Some say it's fine, some say it's awful. Less than a quart of oil and 100-150ml of gear oil isn't expensive enough to risk it.
I've only been around drag strips quite a bit and the pit stuff that we used to take basically went to a bathroom, hot dog stand, and that sort of stuff. I don't know if they'd even see 20 miles in a year. Never happened that I recall, but if something did break down you'd basically be surrounded by people with tools or could just call/text someone there to come pick it up in the truck. If I'm wrong and it's much more substantial use, then you may want to take it more seriously and it certainly won't hurt to treat it just like you depend on it to get to work.
