I have a blue prebug that my mom purchased new for me when I was barely a teen. I absolutely
loved the bike. Two of my best buddies also had prebugs! Needless to say we got into all
sorts of trouble running around like we owned the place. Many great memories.
Anyway, my zuma has been torn down (to bare frame) for 10+ years. I have a handful of
performance parts to add when I (get around to) reassemble it. Last thing did (5+yrs ago!) was
add a used Athena 70cc sport jug with a brand new piston. I need to reinstall the engine in the
frame along with the Polini CP carb as well as the box full of other stuff I bought but have since
forgot the contents.
When I get the urge to start the project, I'll make a build thread for the reassembly because
I will definitely need to lean on this awesome forum! My oldest son is 12 now so I can't push this
off any longer!! Looking forward to hearing that familiar 2 stroke sound again.
