new carb idle adjustment question

Hi First off, I know next to nothing about mechanics.  My scooter was running, but when full throttle it was not moving.  So I figured it was a carb issue.  I put in new carb.  This one.. www.amazon.com/dp/B09NVJQZL9?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

It runs like a champ now, but stalls out when idling.  Question is where is the idle adjustment on this?

And what does this do?

The idle adjustment is the Philips head screw facing upward slightly above. And to the right of the intake manifold. The gold coloured one.
