Depends on the state here in the US. Some ban handheld phone use and some don't and some allow certain people to use phones. It's weird.

In my state it's $40 for a first offense and $100 for all subsequent. It's a secondary offense though, so you'd need to be doing something else to be pulled over. So if I'm just holding a phone and driving, I guess I'm not supposed to be pulled over... but if I have a tag light out or I'm speeding and pulled over for that, then they can ticket for the phone. Again, it's weird.

It never ends. Yesterday I had surgery on my right hand and it hurts like hell right now.

I have a surgery for my left femur in two weeks.

Hell, in Georgia minimum liability insurance only has to pay out $50k for bodily harm. If I didn’t have good health insurance I’d be suffering with only what the hospital has to do to stabilize you.
