Pcv canister help

My scooter had a pcv canister.

I'm rebuilding the head and forgot where one of the lines run.

So the air breather connected to it.

There is a barb that's labelled "pcv" on it.

There is also a barb that's labelled "A" and "T"

There is a vacuum host that comes from carb on end close to reed valve...is that pcv?

There is also a hose that routs up towards like the gas tank somewhere. Then it hooked to the canister but not positive where it ultimately goes.

Anyway...can I simplify this system and do away with it?

If not, where do they hook up on the canister?

Also, I am installing a manual petcock so I do not need the vacuum from wherever that one comes.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

It would be a help if we were to know what bike. Or if you put your current bike in you're signature.
