I have a 2015 Tao Tao vip scooter with a 100cc bore kit with a 19 carb 96 and a 30 , 8 grams weights stock exhaust. Stock airbox .The average speed is 45 -50 6000 rpm. I need to know what else can I do to get more speed ?

You might gain a couple of mph with a variator, or a cam. Perhaps gearing. Some of the carbs are not a true 20mm. So could possibly gain a small amount there, if it's not. But that's about as much as you can expect really. They are not really a true 100cc. If you want to go much faster, you would need to buy a 150cc,. Or get a two stroke which has more tuning potential.

You could probably drop the rollers to somewhere around 6.5-7 grams. Get the rpms up a bit more, 6000 isnt a lot especially for a "49cc". A good quality pipe and a good foam filter would help it breathe and disperse heat a bit. In general though 45 to 50 is pretty on par. As stated, a cam would definitely help as well.

Best for more speed is going to be gearing.
Don't matter what you add now since you did the bbk, anything will just get you to the 45ish quicker, engine is gear limited now, 6k rpm is 6k rpm no matter how quickly you get there.
Gears will get you the higher top speed

Gotta go with sinfull... Final drive ratio will keep the rpms within reason and give a bit longer life before failure. You can get two different gear change combinations to effect the final ratio. Both change a pair of gears. I think there are other posts on site with reports of how well they worked. Personally, I would like to live a longer life, and 50mph on a scooter is too much for me. Short wheelbase likely makes the steering a bit jumpy at speed, and a innocent rock under the right or left side of a tire can make for interesting situations. Have fun. tom

Well I retuned the 19 mm carb 98 main jet and a got around 7500 rpm’s goin on flat roads. Upgrade to slider 8g what gearing should I use ?
it still feels about 45 but it reads 50mph maybe a little over

it still feels about 45 but it reads 50mph maybe a little over Use a gps app on your phone to record, Speedos on these scooters are notoriously optimistic. Mine is 5mph high across the board, and a bit more when it gets above the 45 mark.
imo 8g may be too heavy, but this can be personal preference. I gained a couple mph in top end dropping from 7gm sliders to 6gm, from the small boost in rpms, I think. No loss in belt travel.
I haven't gone to taller gearing on my Tao Tao. Yet, as my top speed is fine for my area, and I don't need to attract The Law. A very fat dude doing 45 on a '49cc' scoot kinda sticks out. 40 is fine for me, so far.

I have tried using the 20mm and charging the pilot and main jets and it didn’t like it . It would big down when giving gas so I stuck with the 19mm also having lighter roller loses top end

It would big down when giving gas so I stuck with the 19mm Don't forget to try adjusting the needle height as well. This can have a big effect on that. Cool thing is, you have a good working 19mm that works well, so tweaking the 20mm if you still want is just a quick swap away, and you still have a good setup to fall back to

How would the needle be affecting that ?

The needle is tapered, so as it withdraws from the emulsion tube outlet in the venturi, it increases the area through which the fuel flows, allowing more fuel. If you adjust the needle height in the slide, it will be higher or lower and thus increase or decrease the fuel flow when the slide is at the same position. tom

I thinking about put back on the a9 cam with a 1500 spring as well. Becuase I thought it ran better with the stock. How high would I adjust it ?

Your plug will tell you how to adjust the needle. Black and bogging on throttle try to lean the needle, white plug and crazy popping on decel richer.
Too many differences to give you advice really just trial and error for your elevation and how your bike feels.
Always wish there was a 1 universal setting for carbs that works everywhere no matter the elevation, fuel differences, tolerances, fuel delivery, so on all can change the carb
