So a 4 stroke upgraded to 72cc vs a stock 49cc 2 stroke.
How would they compare...generally. let's just say like a typical Chinese 4 stroke upgraded and jetting right...vs like a buddy, roughhouse, or zuma.
Acceleration and top speed.
Does this make them comparable?

The 4T should be quicker and faster with a BBK than a stock 2T. My Chinese 2Ts weren't much quicker or faster stock than my Chinese 4Ts... but once you put even a mild BBK and pipe on the 2T; it's over. With a sport 70 and pipe in tune you'd need more like a 150 to be close. When you get to racing builds, good luck. With an 86cc build, my 2T could accelerate quicker than my TMAX 500 off the line and would be pretty much even through the 1/8 mile. That's sort of the low end of racing builds.
