So, yesterday I loaded C-One with cylinder from Stage6 and its another league, fits like a champ. I cant wait to making my friend-on-a-road alive soon after this time of strugling :-D... Thanks guys! What pipe you going to run a used a c30 but I live a race motor

It does allow fitment of standard cylinders. The inlet has been increased in size, the flange mount cylinder base is the main attraction although the C-one has stud spacings for original stud mounted cylidners. C-one case just have a smaller space for crank web it's the only diffrence between c-one and rc-one The MHR C-ONE has two mounting options for cylinders. The RC-one only fits the larger cylinders. Are you ever going to finish your build? Did you ever find anywhere to set it up on the dyno? Been waiting ages for an update

Been waiting ages for an update Case in at machine shop get back on 26th this month lincence back on 10th next month, so hopefully yes, lol I went from a malossi sports 70cc to a stage6 race mk 2 70cc to a evo 3 70cc to a rc-one 94cc and now lmr 115cc never rode any of them just keeped my self busy for when I get lincence back but there will be some post soon and I've found some were to dyno lol

I run it with R1200 and its hell of a machine. Cool guy working for local biggest scooter shop even gave me free access to their dyno, which Im going to use for sure and will give an update here. Well.... after i change almost new crank bearings. I´ve rode it with open Stage6 double filter, but I found little particles of sand inside filter and at mouth of carb... Im and idiot and will never use open filter again :-D . Im thinking about Doppler Venturi, what do you think guys?

Hello guys, I recently bought C-one case for Piaggio NRG and having my old cylinder Top Performance Due+ 70cc I realised, that it does not fit to C-one case... So, there is really not any option to fit C-one with any other cylinder than Malossi MHR ones?
Ofc i already put the C-one cases together with Jasil crank, which is probably only 80mm on conrod length and 12mm piston pin...
Is there any better solution than splitting the case and having to buy Malossis bigger crank and MHR cylinder? Cause it pretty disrupts my budget and plans :-D

Hi aragorn, Right now i have same setup as you, same malossi c one block, same cylinder kit mk 2 racing and 1400 mk2 exhaust. What crankshaft did you have and did you modified anything? I have same mvt dd inner igntion, was it easy to fit?

I have same mvt dd inner igntion, was it easy to fit? Hello toska, I used sport Jasil crank for 50cc Piaggio engines and it worked pretty well. Didnt modified anything at all, easy to fit :-).
