Reminds me of going to MotoGP in the 80's. But instead of bagpipes, every couple of hours it would be some poor bike held at the red line till it went bang.

We had a few hitting the rev limiter in the daylight hours but didn't hear any go bang.

Love the pictures, and the fact that they are all ridden. Lots of miles and time on those bikes. Love the patina and the miles that are on those bikes.
Ain't no trailer queens there 😤 just honest bikes that are ridden.
So jealous, here in the states every bike event is full of polished and perfect bikes that are mainly trailered or only ridden to the event and never acquire the actual scars of daily work.
So freaking awesome to see

Wow look at that Nimbus! 99.9% of the ones you see are restored never used garage queens. It's nice to see all sorts of bikes at the same spot.

Ah @lucas2t it's not a Zundapp 750 like I thought it was, when he started it up to leave I was impressed how quiet and smooth it was just like a sewing machine when he pulled away. I was really impressed with it.
