Are the glixal sliders comparable at all to the dr pulley? They are much cheaper.

I have bought both Same shape ,similar material So far they have lasted for thousands of miles with no adverse wear.
Only Complaint The weights on the glixals were not what I ordered they were off by a gram I wanted 6.5 grams like the box said they sent 5.5 grams

I just installed a set of of those sliders (6g) about three weeks ago, instead of some cheap rollers for tuning purposes, and curiosity. They do not look to have the exact same shape as the dark grey Dr Pulley sliders I replaced, but I did not take pics to compare them. I didn't weight them, either.
They do look like the cheaper material, in terms of manufacturing quality and how they feel, to the cheap rollers, but they didn't seem like they would be junk. Next time I get into my CVT I will try and remember to compare and snap some images. I need to replace my kickstart gears, so it will happen soon enough.
They seem fine so far, though if the weight is not accurate, that might explain the minimal (almost zero) differences between the 6g cheap set and the 6.5 Dr Pulley sliders they replaced.

The cheaper sliders have a more rounded, less 'pointy' shape, though they look similar enough in the areas where it matters. The Glixals are three weeks old, and were actually a touch lighter than the advertised 6gm - 5.8 and 5.9 across the board. The Dr Pulleys here are 6.5g, and all weigh exactly that. The one shown is almost exactly a year old, and approx 1800 miles. The wear is hard to see, but is not bad imo.
