I've had three new scooters in the past and they are all the same before 1000 miles or so you can feel vibration in cvt or trans.I've always replaced everything at the same time so don't know what fixed it.Everything has about 1200 miles on it.Variator still looks new without any grooves or wear.Belt is only worn 1/2 a mill and sliders are less than 100 miles.I haven't checked my clutch but it's not slipping. So my question is where does this usually start?Iv'e had all three do it to me so it must be common.

have you got pictures of your Variator and face plate? vibration at high speeds or de-acceleration? usually it's either the belt coming back down at de-acceleration, if you have poor shimming/alignment and or the belt slipping down this can cause that vibrating feeling. without knowing your actual build and CVT set up it's hard to tell you what is causing it without actually being on the bike and or seeing signs of slipping on the variator etc
if it's happened several times, maybe look into changing brand of belt/variator and fine tune your clutch with your cvt and see if that fixes it...especially if it keeps happening. but usually it's just poor cvt set up.

If you read my post it says it happened to three new scooters. No shims, using stock boss.I've read it happening to several people in the past.

Buy all the parts that you changed out the other times, assuming you didn't hang on to any usable parts. But this go-round, replace one at a time till problem fixed.

Everyday it was getting worse so i figured i'd check cvt again since i remembered i used carb cleaner in that area.It must of gotten on the belt making it gummy (soft)and it was bouncing around in their.Anyway since everything still looks new and i had a spare malossi kevlar i figured i'd try it.Smooth as can be,very happy with the kevlar.

I'm having a similar issue with my Sym 50cc. When I get above 30 mph it starts to vibrate a little. The variator plates and rollers look mint and it only has 600 miles on it. Was your original belt Kevlar, or was that an upgrade?

how did you get the variator on and off? or have you took it off before the vibration. I found that sometimes if I use my impact wrench, which I've stopped doing now, on the crankshaft like taking off the variator, it knocks the crankshaft out of round a little and it has a vibration to it afterwards. dont do that buy the holder tool if you ever did or have.
