Hi, I saw on ebay a Leovinci exhaust for Piaggio engines and dates back to the 90's. I can't find any info on the internet about it. Does this exhaust look familiar to anyone? Is it for 50cc or 70cc??

To me it doesn't look like a production exhaust. I've seen a ton of the ZX/ZX-R exhausts. The welding is much better than that. The end can also looks too short, like it's been cut down, as was the fashion then. All of their expansion scooter exhausts use a slip in silencer which is held in by the bolts. Not riveted together, like this. Where did you get the image from?

I do like the welds tho and the shape of it. ZX and ZX-R were produced after 2000. Did get it from a Dutch ebay and seems that these exhausts are very rare. I had a Proma exhaust for my Zip tpye 1 and it was also very short just like the Leovinci. I think also that it was the fashion back than indeed:

There were loads of people tuning mopeds in the 90's early 2000's. The scene is dead now compared to those crazy days.

Now it is the about the Ruckus, Grom and Navi, the small bore scene is surviving, just moved away from the 2 smoker.

I wonder how many of those bikes are alive today? Not many are left I bet. And most of the remaining ones are in sheds or garages in pieces. My old yellow Aerox has been without an MOT for nearly eight years. Still on SORN though. I keep looking for it, but might regret it if I do find it. Had some crazy fun times on that bike.

Holland is littered with 2nd hand Aerox's. And they're worth jack sh#t! Every single one is butchered by their (at the time) 16 y/o owners. Finding an untouched one is damn near impossible tho. Those yellow ones like yours were the most common ones I feel but finding a nice example is not easy. Take a look at this Aerox search query at the most popular Dutch auction site and see for yourself. www.marktplaats.nl/l/fietsen-en-brommers/scooters-yamaha/f/aerox/3692/#q:aerox|postcode:5621HN|searchInTitleAndDescription:trueSorry for hijacking this thread

They only made my one for one batch. I've never seen another. It was the Kenny Roberts special edition replica. But I know the yellow one you are on about. They also did a green Jaguar limited edition which was lovely. Only ever seen one.
