Hi,

I just joined and I'm having a look around. I thought some forum members may be interested in my project where I'm trying to get my Kawasaki AR50 (93cc) to 100 mph - I'm also documenting the project here if anyone is interested: youtube.com/playlist?list=PLb2xMrRCECgmzT7fhoXnQKVCOpZJtxZCl

It's taking some time but hopefully this summer I'll be getting there.

This is a link to a video I did on making a two stoke expansion chamber (PT 2 to come) but covers cutting and rolling the cones and welding: youtu.be/BGLsk0GZX8E

Also, as a avid EngMod2T user I made this video using WaveViewer 2T to show the actual pressure waves in a two stroke pipe and how it works better than a plain (4T) pipes and a diffuser only pipe by comparing the waves in all of the pipes.

Sounds an interesting project.
My mate had the Kawasaki AE50 when we were 16. Had the same engine. Unfortunately it got stolen after six month's of ownership.

That's not good about your mates AE getting nicked! I never saw many of them when I was 16... Seemed to be MT, DT and RM 50s.

Thank you so. Yes it's handy having a Dyno to see if the mods work.

I need to get on with the pipe and back to the Dyno to test. Then I'm hoping to do some back to back porting tests.
