nothing beats a winter pucker moment
one year i had a jackass pass me with a snow plow on coming and he lost control trying to get back in the proper lane so my chioces were simple hit the little car broadside in the passanger door or hit the brakes and risk a loosing it myself and going head on with a semi
well i had a full size truck with a brush guard so i hit the little car in the side and belive it or not that jackass was pissed at me for his fuck up as i hit him and pushed him into the ditch
the plow driver was cooler then i was he told him plain and simple if the cops were needed (minor damage to his car and none to my truck so winter this would be a non reportable accident) that he would say that he saw him pass me and it was all his fault and the cops would call the wrecker
if the cops were not needed he would yank him out of the ditch

LOL, the tow truck the cops call always costs so much more too. My car, no cops, hole in transmission $60, cops, sons car flash flood, $160, plus another $160 when his car was towed again for illegal parking the next morning (the tow truck left it in a parking lot so he could get to the other cars that were stuck in the water, daughters car, rollover, $300 or the car for scrap...
