Oh well on its goes his "mechanic" says need's a new CDI and a wiring loom because it's a SYM engine and everything is AC. Funny that changed the plug cap went for a 10 spin on bumpy roads and all well.  |

Well looks like Peugeot Tweet Saga is on going. No details as yet on my way to look at it with money in pocket to give it back and take the thing away now finished work.

What's up with it now? Should be called the Peugeot boomerang. It appears nothing after listening to what he said which was everything works but when starter button pushed it won't turn over. Just done 10 miles stop and start and the only time won't start is if the sidestand down which is correct and everything comes on bar the starter. Still have a quick look after my cup of tea just incase any loose battery terminals or earth's. My assumption is user error. Still got couple of people after a scooter so once checks are done will see if they want it. |

And I need to sell at least one before I buy another. Lol yes aeroxbud Peugeot are the very very dark side. I checked the MOT status and it passed but the person who sales them moaned about the MOT place I use are to strict and uses elsewhere now. I know the previous fail on it was all four suspension units and corrosion on fork legs and I bet he bodged them to get through also found out from one person that one of the family nicked a bike somewhere local and whoever else in the family used an old logbook and stuck a different plate on it and sold it. Baseball Bat being used to get money back off them police involved as well. All the fun of the fair in Lampyland this family but the police never get anything to stick so locals mostly sort out problems they have with them their selves like the time they stole two big wooden tables with attached benches from the football club like you have in beer gardens and denied they had when they were sitting in their garden and people saw 4 of their kids struggling down the main street with them in daytime. Could write a book about this lot. |
