no spark

HI,  I have a 150 cc Yiben that has no spark.  I have replaced all ignition components.  When cranking I am seeing almost no voltage on the exciter wire(red/black).  Youtube says I should see over 25 volts. I have checked ground and it's ok.  Any ideas,  do flywheels or magnets go bad?

Yeah stator coils and wires going from them can go bad from time to time. Here's a pretty concise video from Trail Tech if you want to bench test the stator.
