I would like to know how to wire up my headlights and my stator and my tail lights on my 150cc GY6 off my stator I have a red wire a green wire a white wire yellow wire then I have a blue and white wire can anyone show me a diagram or something for the headlights tail lights and charging

Check the service manuals available on this site. You may not find your exact scoot but you may find one close enough.

The first thing you have to do is determine the configuration of your stator/RR setup.
Older 150's were setup like the 50's with a dual circuit half wave configuration.
You would set that up like a 50
Newer 150's are setup with a full wave configuration and have a single circuit which dictates that the lights are run off the DC side.
You can find out what you have with a multimeter.
Test the two stator lighting coil outputs for continuity to the stator ground wire.
If there is continuity to ground, then you have the 50 style dual circuit
If there is no continuity to ground, then you have the 150 style for DC lighting.
