Vento triton starter not spinning. 12 volts at one side of relay. Random voltage at other side when starter button is pushed. Same result with two relays and two starters. Any ideas?

Grounds look good but I will double check. Could this be a voltage regulator problem?

I have learned not to say impossible, but a regulator issue would be highly unlikely to cause Estart problems. Can you kicksstart the scoot to get it running? I would suspect the starter enable circuit, which the brake switches are part of. When the scoot is running do both of the brake levers bring the brake light on?

Kickstarts fine . The brake lights up from both sides while running. Are there more than the two major ground points (frame and engine case)to be concerned with?
