Hi guys, I have an aprilia sx 50 stage6 with 77 cylinders and polini pwk 24 carb. I have a problem that when I pull the engine out in 6th gear it just stalls and nothing happens even if I pull the throttle. Then if i slow down it will fix itself after 5-10sec. Mvt has premium ignition in it. Any idea? Video: drive.google.com/file/d/1HeBfKgqt6oX5zlUp2meSW0rBwLY9y5jZ/view?usp=drivesdkThanks in advice!

My guess is that you are going empty on fuel in carburator bowl, Im getting similiar behavior when WOTing in some steepy hill for a longer time.

Does look like it's fuel starved. Could be improper float height in the carb. Or you need larger diameter fuel line, &/or a fuel pump. My 24mm flatslide needed larger diameter fuel line for WOT. You could also try going up a couple main jet sizes to see if that helps. Could be slightly lean on the main and it only really hurts after a bit of WOT then falling back on the needle brings it back to life

I tried adjusting the carburetor's jet needle to get more fuel, but then it chokes and stalls specifically in the first gear. Moreover, it started stuttering and struggled to start, regardless of any adjustments I made.
My buddies told me that when the phenomenon happens (which you see in the video) my tail lights go out.

Well then it sounds more like electric problem rather then fuel. I would try new spark at first, and then go on maybe check some cables.
