2 stroke fuel injected. Ran great until I noticed some oil dripping from my air filter box. I ordered a new filter but waiting for it. The scooter is also bogging when idk sing and stalls out sometimes. When I let off the gas for a second and get back on it it sputters also sputters a bit when taking off in low rpms. ANY ADVICE OR INFO will be really appreciated.

An '01 E-Ton Beamer shouldn't be fuel injected. It would have oil injection stock, but it's carbureted.
Monitor it for an oil leak. Try to figure out if it's leaking all of the time or delivering too much oil when running or none of the above. Could be as simple as a hose connection or damaged hose leaking, but if it saturated your filter there may be more going on.
Sounds like you have a rich condition. That's usually why a 2T sputters, though it could be related to over-oiling it I suppose so I'd start out with figuring the leak out and then worry about the rest. Also, if that filter is saturated or dirty, then it will cause it to be rich.
