......... I think it is wonderful you can still install HVAC equipment for the neighbor. For my DAV neighbor I can get away with just an indoor coil and a new outdoor heat pump because it is a mobile home/manufactured housing. I will still have to call in help from my good buddy to assist with the changeout. I cant do much beyond basic repairs without help nowadays, hopefully that will get better.

Good news! I had my follow up spinal MRI done Tuesday. My follow-up with the neurologist is around the end of the month, but the radiologist report was posted on the portal Friday. The tumor has a "similar appearance compared to the scan done 4 months ago". So no bigger, which is good news for me. The Neurologist may see things differently than I do when when he looks at the report, but I feel good about what I read. My problematic symptoms brought on by the Keytruda have finally eased up quite a bit. I think getting out in the heat this summer and sweating the poison out is what did it. I felt like I was going to die a few times, still struggling in the direct sunlight but I am better.

He says I may have problems with it at some point, but not today. He will see me in a year after a new MRI I also just had a CT scan done for the surgeon that removed my kidney. I will follow up with him in a week or two.
