Ignition problem?

I have Piaggio NRG power and i came across this issue:

When i'm trying to start the scooter it doesn't start very fast. When you crank the scooter sometimes it starts to misfire.

When the scooter is started, it doesn't hold idle.



Last time I was riding on my scooter, on my speedometer temperature and fuel section started blinking. Once my whole speedometer turned off and after some time it turned on again.



When I ride about 7-9k rpm the bike starts to shake.


Could my stator be bad or what's wrong with the scooter?

Bad grounf perhaps?
Try taking the ground wire off and cleaning the contact point. What voltage does your battery read when running, and when turned off.
It's possible you may have more than one problem.

Do I need to test my ground wire if I have spark? Also I don't really know where it is.

Do I put my multi meter in this hole (picture) and what setting should I use?
