you're best bet is to first look around on the scooter for part numbers, brand names and most importantly the stamp/sticker from the people/company that built it, then go from there. anyone with electrical experience might even help you fix the broken* parts if any and get it built from parts on eBay. these types of scooters can be rebuilt with stuff from all over, ain't specific parts per say for something like this. keep us updated on the progress though

I’m not sure if this company is still operating or if this model still exists but I’m positive you’ll find replacement parts. Start with finding the company name and work from there. Of course I’m sure people can suggest other options for you or even might know where to point you
