I have most of everything figured out with my scooter but I have a few questions
I pulled this scooter out of the trash and put a predator auger engine on it that my dad couldn't get running(the carb was loose)
I have so far only spent 80 bucks on this. I bought a new carb and intake manifold, tubes, throttle grip, pull starter, and some brake rotor mounts. I'm trying to keep this on the cheap, but powerful side. I do plan on correcting the port angles and polishing the exhaust.
I am swapping the stock carb for a BoFeng carb. I already swapped the exhaust to a chainsaw exhaust and it runs great. I swapped the stock 9 inch tires for some 10 inch tires. I welded a seat post onto a new steel floor pan. This thing is insane and will do wheelies.
The issue I am having is the engine seems to be governed at 3200 rpm. It will rev up and then lower down to a steady 3200. I know it has way more potential in the rpm range. I am thinking it is electrically governed in the ignition coil. Is there a coil I can get that isn't governed?
