I'm doing something most probably thought wouldn't happen. Selling my razz to my uncle. Problem is with all the work I've been doing to the house I lost(misplaced) the key. On the older Hondas you could take the number from the lock cylinder and Honda would cut a new key. Does this work for yamaha?

Yes normally the keys come with a metal tag with the number on. It's more expensive to get a key from Yamaha, than to buy a new lock set in my experience.

I pulled enough plastic to read lock code. Sold it to my uncle so I'm just going to have a new key cut. I need to get under the seat to get the paperwork lol
