I have a 2011 Piaggio neg stock and for some random reason it started not going even past the 25km h mark and the revs ussuly keep at 9 now dont even reach 5. Maybe someone knows the problem and can help?

can it breathe? is it getting the correct amount of fuel? pull out the spark plug and see if it's wet and check for spark.
there is a nicely written tutorial here that will give you much more info.

We would need a bit more information to really help. But start with the plug like said above.
Did it happen all of a sudden? Or has it been better slowly worse?
