Has anyone seen a 50cc 2 stroke scooter with two CDI"s. Ive got a 50cc 2 stroke E-ton beamer 3 and the back cdi is a with a 6 pin cdi and a 5 pin cdi just under the front hood it sets just under the horn with 5 wires coming out .of a single 5 pin plug, the 5 pin looks like a ac cdi with 2 connectors like a regular cdi with only 4 wires 2 in the front plug and 2 wires in the 4 pin plug Ive worked and sold, alot of scooters and never seen this.

The front one is the headlight controller, being a DC CDI the controller dims the headlight when the battery voltage gets low so the engine does not quit (like during extended idling periods)..This is out of the service manual; The vehicle is equipped with a PTC controller that will dim the lights to the 20% position automatically if the engine RPM falls below the pre-set threshold for more than a minute. Increasing the engine RPM will return the light to the normal level for the control switch selection.

My Eton Beamer3 50cc 2 stroke will not fire,Ive replaced the Dc cdi, the coil, spark plug, the 80$ Stater.,still no fire good battery, Good ground, 12.65 volts to the white/blue wire on cdi has same volts to the coil, good ground on the coil. Had a problem with turning signal it was blinking very fast but after I put a different flasher on it works fine now. When I push the kill rocker no change, getting power to switch, The recifer is the only thing I have not changed. And the pins on the break levers have to be pulled in for the starter to work, But still no fire........ What Am I Missing?
