Hi I am replacing the oil seals in the front fork suspension on an 2014 Aerox Ns50, i have took the hexi bolt from the bottom of one leg and it come apart no bother but the other leg will not come apart, the hexi bolt is turning but not coming loose, i have looked inside the leg from the top and where the hexi bolt screws into is turning inside the suspension leg. part 4,23 is turning which won't allow hexi bolt part 9, 28 to loosen and come out. I have attached a diagram and highlighted the part in question in red . All advice will be really appreciated.

Not familiar with that design. A lot of motorcycle designs have what I believe is something similar The part that the bottom bolt goes into wants to free spin. Yamaha may have some kind of tool to hold the part?
Using a impact is usually the ticket to break the bolt loose The impact, along with some blue Loctite should get it installed as well. I would use a full sized impact, air or a big electric, not some bit driver impact.

Thanks for the reply Snaker I actually never thought about using an impact driver it could be just enough to shock the hexi bolt loose. I will give that a try tomorrow and let you know if it does the trick.

It has also been found that putting a broom handle inside the leg to hold it works. 🙈
