The Mind's Eye coffee shop is under new ownership. Tom has decided to concentrate on his other venture Mind's Eye Venue which is a bar and restaurant hosting bands.
The new owner Claire has called it Joio which is enjoy in English.
Lot's of change and no more one free coffee for me whenever there for storing Tom's stuff.
Less stuff on the walls and a lot brighter.
In the line up from L to R is Elise who is the chef who worked for my son and wife in their cafe in Aberystwyth The Crimson Rhino then Claire the new Owner and Ellie the stroppy teenager as my other son calls her and works for him in his cafe Granny's Kitchen.
We all enjoyed it the other day when Yolanda was able to get out and meet up with the grandkids and daughter and son-in-law.
